This study encompasses an area on I-75 from Detroit Avenue through the Jeep split to Phillips Avenue, and on I-475 from Douglas Road east to I-75.  Surrounding neighborhoods and major streets, such as Monroe Street, Central Avenue, and Berdan Avenue are also being evaluated based on how neighborhoods and the arterial network impact freeway operation, and how freeway system changes will the impact city streets.
